Please note that Nadia has a waitlist for new clients at this time. Please email info@insideouttherapy.ca for more details.
Appointment Types
If you are a new client and are unsure of what type of appointment to book, please review our FAQs on our website.
Making an Account
Please create an account under your name for scheduling parent appointments. You will then have the option to create a child account within your parent account to schedule play therapy appointments.
Scheduling
Please note that the time between your appointment and another client’s may be as short as 15 minutes. This allows just enough time to clean the playroom for the next child and complete paperwork. Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. This will help me keep things running smoothly. If you arrive before this time, I will likely still be tidying from the previous appointment/seeing off the previous family, and may not be able to buzz you up right away.
Late Arrivals: If you’re running late, your appointment may need to be shortened to avoid disrupting the schedule for other families.
Charlotte Baker
BSW, RSW, Master of Social Work Candidate (Intern)
Hi there, I’m Charlotte, a Registered Social Worker currently upgrading my Bachelor of Social Work to a Master of Social Work and completing an internship here at Inside Out Therapy.
While I’m newer to play therapy, I’ve been a practicing Registered Social Worker since 2023 and bring a strong foundation in supporting children and families.
I’m also fortunate to be the only intern in this small practice, which means I’m able to provide focused care for your child and receive close, regular supervision from the clinic owner. This helps ensure your little one is getting the best support possible.
Because I’m completing my internship, I’m able to offer services at an affordable rate (at only $75 per session) —making play therapy more accessible for families. I offer child-centred play therapy along with parent check-in appointments (typically every month or so) to keep you in the loop and share helpful strategies for home.
If you’re interested in learning more, I’d love to connect! Please feel free to schedule a free meet-and-greet.

Nadia Mohamed
MSW, RSW
My name is Nadia. I’m a parent and a Registered Social Worker (since 2017), and I’ve been working with children and their families for over 15 years. I know how vulnerable it can feel to reach out for help. I offer a free meet and greet to help you decide if I am the best fit for your family.
My work is warm, grounded, and intentionally disarming—for both kids and parents. I use play therapy with children, and I also meet regularly with parents because real change happens when the whole system is supported.
It’ is truly a privilege to be invited into a family’s circle and to be given the opportunity to help make things feel just a little bit lighter. I don’t take that honour for granted. My promise to you is that I will meet you with care, honesty, and deep respect for how hard you’re already working to help your child.
